Grayline Inc., and Alta Electronics Inc., offer a wide range of sizes for non-heat shrinkable PVC and heat shrinkable PVC.
Grayline 105°C is a flexible PVC tubing designed for a wide range of electrical tubing and electrical insulating applications. This flame resistant product features a wide operating temperature range, and outstanding physical and electrical insulating properties. It is typically used as a wiring harness covering, or as a terminal and splice insulation where low cost, mechanical toughness and flame resistance are important considerations.
Grayline HS 105°C is a flexible PVC H/S tubing product recommended for applications requiring a tight fitting covering. It is UL rated for electrical applications and is highly flame retardant. Typical uses include harness bundling, terminal and splice insulation, component covering, wire markers and color coding.

Sumitomo has recently introduced a new line of sealed crimp splice kits, SAE AS81824/1 (MIL-S-81824/1). These are wire-to-wire splicing products, that offer many solutions for the aerospace and defense industries. STS sealed crimp kit splices are compacy, lightwieght, enviornmentally sealed wire splices. These splices kits ensure high-quality electrical connections that are sealed against corrosion and degradation over time when installed in applications that are exposed to harsh enviornments. The Sumitomo part numbers are H-CR-436-36, H-CR-436-37 and H-CR-436-38.

Sumitomo Electric has introduced a new line of Low Temperature, RoHS, Solder Termination Sleeves. These are made to meet the requirements of RoHS 2002/95/EC directive. They are lead and cadmium free. The low temperature STS’s enable wires to be terminated with a maximum operating temperature up to 125 C. These are compatible with many dielectric materials and wire insulations.
