Peter Caulfield, Partner
Having worked in the wiring harness industry and related high-tech sectors for over 40 years, Peter joined Alta in 2018 and brings extensive international experience in managing manufacturing facilities, creating and fostering teams that drive customer focused results. Always looking to continually improve, Peter keeps the team focused on customer-facing metrics including operational efficiency, quality, delivery and time to market.
Peter is a strong believer in transferring knowledge of the industry to the Alta team. By cultivating and nurturing the operations team, he creates an atmosphere of open collaboration and teamwork with an unwavering focus on technical excellence.
Matt Mckenna
After completing his marketing and sales degree with distinction from Conestoga College, Matt entered the telecommunications field. During this time, he was instrumental in the planning and implementation of a wide scale PNM project, prepping for strategic fiber upgrades in key Canadian markets.
After exiting the telecommunications industry in 2019, Matt joined the Alta Electronics sales / customer service team. With over six years of experience working in electrical manufacturing, he has become our resident expert in electrical components such as heat shrink tubing, cable ties, split loom, sleeving, molded shapes and related electrical accessories. Currently Matt is the head of our customer service team, with a focus on sales growth and driving best-in-class customer satisfaction and performance.
