Value Add Packaging
Our custom packaging solutions include auto-bagging, blister-packs, plastic kits, metal tray kits, polybags and corrugated spools and reels. From our own internal brand names, to private labelling, we can customize our systems to meet your specific needs. Whatever the requirement, Alta can do it!
Component Kits
A kit of parts, produced during the production process, will help to reduce costs and inventory levels by consolidating several lower value parts into a single package. Customers benefit from a reduction in Purchase Orders and Invoices to process, more efficient use of space required to store inventory, less effort to retrieve inventory, and a reduced risk of stock-outs.
Wire Kits
Alta’s automated wire processing equipment allows us to create wire kits cut to custom lengths and custom strip lengths. Wire kits can be delivered in individual packaging to
Pre-cut Tubing or Sleeving
Alta can provide materials such as heat shrink, sleeving or wire cut to specified lengths, so they are ready for use on a manufacturing line. The ready-to-use inventory reduces the manufacturing cycle time and can replace manual operations with automation.
Pre-printed and Pre-cut Wire Markers
Using Alta’s state-of-art equipment and technology, we are able to provide a variety of permanent identification marking solutions on heat shrink tubing. Customers have control over:
